For the Red and Gold Brigade, tickets for the home stands were available from the East Bengal Tent Box Office at Maidan starting September 1. On Friday and Saturday, the tickets will be available from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. IST, while on matchday, September 3, they will be sold from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. IST.
According to many photos that have emerged online, the fans have had to line up since 2:30 a.m. to secure the limited tickets, which has led to frustration among fans. Many fans have questioned the need for physical tickets in the modern era, where online ticketing is very convenient.
