Ebanie Bridges, the Australian professional boxer and OnlyFans star, has teased the “hottest boxing fight ever,” against Avril Mathie, after making her return to training recently. The 36-year-old fighter is building up to her first action inside the squared circle since last December, following her hand injury.
At the First Direct Arena in Leeds, England, the IBF Bantamweight Champion Ebanie Bridges retained her title after defeating Sarah O’Connell via TKO on December 10 last year. Meanwhile, Avril Mathie, her fellow Australian and OnlyFans star, last competed against the unbeaten Ramla Ali, who defeated her for the vacant IBF Inter-Continental Super Bantamweight Championship in The Theater at Madison Square Garden on February 4 this year.

On July 8, Ebanie Bridges posted a picture of herself with boxing gloves on, while squatting at one of the corners of the squared circle, captioning it, “What am I thinking?? #FridayMood”. It led to a response from Avril Mathie, which read, “How you’re gonna get past my jab?”. Shortly afterward, the 36-year-old Australian fired back at her by saying, “Can’t wait to show you”.
Later in the same day, the Blonde Bomber shared a video of herself sparring inside the boxing ring.

To start off 2023, Avril Mathie had chosen words about how the potential fight of herself against Ebanie Bridges would go. She was quoted as saying, “I think Ebanie is very intelligent and I take my hat off to her. That will be a killer fight, I’m really excited for it.”
“I’m significantly taller than her, so for me, it’s going to be about keeping her away from me, which will be a challenge because we’ve seen how she likes to get in. But, it’s one that I’m ready for, so as soon as her hands better, we can get it on,” remarked Mathie.
