England cricket fans complained about the unhygienic conditions at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium during the first Test. While the atmosphere at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium is pretty charged with the return of Test cricket in India, the buzz was marred by the complaints of the touring fans regarding the facilities at the venue.

Not only this, but a section of English fans also called out the officials for not allowing certain materials inside the stadium. While raising their concerns about the unhygienic and dirty washroom conditions, fans took to social media and slammed the BCCI for such a state of public restrooms. In addition, packed mineral water was also a matter of concern for some fans.

In return, the Rohit Sharma-led squad pulled up a total of 436 runs in 121 overs and got a lead of 190 runs.
