In the first match of Indian Premier League 2023 season, Gujarat Titans took on the four-time champions Chennai Super Kings at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The defending champions Gujarat Titans were able to defeat CSK in a last over thriller by 5 wickets on the back of a brilliant all-round performance.
During the Chennai Super Kings innings, a strange chant echoed amongst the section of fans when Shubman Gill was fielding near the boundary ropes. The fans teased the Indian opener with chants of, “Hamari bhabhi kaisi ho, Sara bhabhi jaisi ho”. Video of the same is going viral now.

It’s been rumoured for a long-time that Shubman Gill, was once or probably still is, involved in a relationship with either one or both Sara Tendulkar and Sara Ali Khan at different times, but nothing has been made official yet from anyone. As far as performances on the cricket field goes, these rumours haven’t been an issue for Shubman Gill as he has been in red hot form with the bat for both India and Gujarat Titans.
Shubman Gill played an enterprising innings in the IPL opener against CSK to help his team get into a commanding position on their pursuit of a 179-run target. He got involved in two substantial partnerships, first with the fellow opener Wriddhiman Saha and then the impact substitute Sai Sudharshan, to end up scoring 63 off 36 deliveries, which included six boundaries and three sixes.
