Legendary forward Cristiano Ronaldo has been a goal machine throughout his career and his goal celebrations like iconic SIUUU, and Calma among others are also extremely popular. However, the former Manchester United star performed a new goal celebration during the second season in his second spell with the Red Devils, which is also called 'Peace of Mind', and it instantly became famous all over the world. Recently, EA Sports' FIFA 23 has introduced Ronaldo's new celebration for the fans.
In November, Ronaldo broke the deadlock and scored his first Premier League goal in the 2022-23 season against Everton and he ditched his signature goal celebration. Instead, he ran towards the corner flag, put his hands on his chest and closed his eyes. The Portuguese captain's new goal celebration straight away became an iconic goal celebration and athletes across all sports in the world imitated his celebration.
In the recent update, FIFA 23 finally added Cristiano Ronaldo's iconic goal celebration and fans can't wait to use the feature. Check the video:
How to Use Cristiano Ronaldo's celebration
Unlike Ronaldo's SIUUUU celebration, which can be done with any player, his new celebration can be performed only with the Portuguese legend himself. FIFA 23 has added Ronaldo's 'Peace of Mind' as his signature celebration, users require to hold X on their controller on PS4 and PS5, or hold down A on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S after scoring with Ronaldo.
Cristiano Ronaldo has been in a staggering form since joining the Saudi Arabian club, Al-Nassr and the five-time Ballon d'Or winner has made history against Liechtenstein on Thursday night in the UEFA Euro 2024 Qualifiers as he becomes the most-capped international men's player in the history with 197 appearances. The 38-year-old scored a brace at the Jose Alvalade stadium in Lisbon and reached another milestone with his national team as he scored in each of the 20 years for Portugal since his first goal in 2004.
Also, Cristiano became the first player to score 100 competitive goals in international football. The Portuguese captain scored a freekick on Thursday for the second straight game after scoring in Al-Nassr's Saudi Pro League win against Abha last week. With his freekick against Liechtenstein, Ronaldo has now scored 60 freekick goals, two short to Argentina captain Lionel Messi, who also scored a freekick on Thursday against Panama in friendlies.
