After leveraging and making the most of Grand Theft Auto 5 for more than a decade, the highly anticipated GTA 6 is set to be announced. The makers of GTA, Rockstar Games, are set to announce Grand Theft Auto 6 very soon, along with a trailer following later this year. The reports even claim that the game will be announced this week.

As per the reports by Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier, Rockstar is planning to officially announce GTA 6 “as early as this week”. Scherier quoted “people familiar with the game’s plans”, who claimed that the company will release an official trailer next month to celebrate its 25th anniversary.

Speaking of the expected features in the forthcoming edition, GTA 6 will feature a playable female protagonist named Lucia, for the first time ever. Not only this but the series is expected to mark the return of Miami-inspired Vice City, where the buildings will be enterable. Meanwhile, these are just rumours and the officials are yet to make any confirmation yet.

Earlier, there were several rumours that GTA 6 was to be released in May 2023; however, that didn’t happen. However, later, Call of Duty leaker Tom Henderson predicted that GTA 6 would be launched in 2024 or 2025.
