The three-time UCL champions, Inter Milan defeated city-rivals AC Milan comfortably with an aggregate lead of three goals and qualified for the finals for the first time since 2010. After the Milan derby the second leg of the UEFA Champions League 2022-23 semi-final, Inter striker Romelu Lukaku was engaged in a hilarious post-match banter with Thierry Henry and other Pundits.
In the post-match presentation, Thierry Henry and Lukaku, who came off the bench to assist Lautaro Martinez with the only goal of the match, exchanged some nice and positive words with him. Henry was Belgium's coach in the 2022 FIFA World Cup and recalled an incident that took place during the quadrennial tournament involving Lukaku. Belgium had to suffer a group-stage exit from the tournament after a goalless draw against Croatia on December 1.
"I texted him every single day to make sure he was OK. Why I am happy with him is that after the World Cup, it wasn't easy. But he came back and it's the first time I saw him like that against proper adversity when he's slowly but surely coming back and showing he can deliver no matter what - even when everyone is against him.," said Henry in the post-match presentation.
Henry wanted to receive something in return after the pleasantries were exchanged and Lukaku was about to leave. He said, "Wait, wait, wait. What I said wasn't for free. I want the shirt, man. You think it was for free?", and Jamie Carragher can be heard saying, "Take it off."
Lukaku replied, "I have to do doping now, but I’ll keep it for you." Henry came up with a witty reply to Lukaku and said, "He doesn’t have my body so he doesn’t want to show that."

This hilarious exchange was followed by massive laughter from the CBS Sports Golazo punditry team including former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher, Kate Abdo, and Micah Richards.
Inter Milan will now face Manchester City or Real Madrid in the final of the UEFA Champions League on June 11 at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Turkey. Inter are having a great season in the Serie A too, as they are currently ranked at the third position in the league table.
