The American professional boxer, Ryan Garcia, had choice words for his opponent Devin Haney, ahead of their huge match on the DAZN PPV card, which will go down at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on April 20. During the recent press conference for Nate Diaz versus Jorge Masvidal, the KingRy remarked that he is “ready to “f*** Devin Haney up” next week.
The war of words has been a constant between Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney in the build-up to their big fight. Just a couple of days ago, Devin Haney tried to get under the skin of Ryan Garcia, calling Jake Paul closer to him in boxing than his upcoming opponent, on the “Real 92.3 LA” show.
In a surprising turn of events, Ryan Garcia was given the open mic during the press conference for the Nate Diaz versus Jorge Masvidal boxing card, slated to happen later this year. The KingRy was quick to build more hype for his upcoming boxing showdown and said, “I am obviously ready to f*** Devin Haney up next week. I am gonna beat his ass. Anybody betting against me, y’all just lost money, real talk.”
Ryan Garcia also weighed in on the Canelo Alvarez versus Jaime Munguia fight, which is set to go down on May 4, at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. He remarked, “I think Canelo took that fight because (Munguia) is a less dangerous version of Benavidez. He's very tall, he throws a lot of punches, but he's not as good as Benavidez. I think this is a way for Canelo to test himself before he decides to fight David. He may be.”
