Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid revealed his conversation with counterpart Nikola J okic after defeating the Denver Nuggets 126-121 at the Wells Fargo Center. Embiid had better off Jokic with his stellar 41-point seven rebounds and 10 assists, while the Serbian had to settle for 24 points, 19 rebounds and 3 assists. Like Embiid, Nikola Jokic also praised his fellow center by describing the 29-year-old's form as historic. Speaking in the post-match presser, the Serbian star said, "He's a really good player. He's playing historic right now. He's averaging 30-something points every night, and that's extremely hard to do especially every night. But I mean, I'm not playing against him. I'm playing against Philadelphia. It was a good matchup."
