Indian batting icon Virat Kohli opened up on moments when he got starstruck while encountering two legends of the sporting world. The former Indian skipper is undoubtedly one of the most followed sports personalities across the world. Kohli enjoys following in millions and fans hope to catch a glimpse of the star batter. However, there are a few names that Kohli follows ardently and got star-struck upon meeting.
In a talk show named Virat Unplugged, the star batter talked about a few moments when he got starstruck. Kohli revealed that he almost froze when he encountered tennis legend Boris Becker and football icon Andrea Pirlo. Kohli answered fans’ most searched questions and revealed that he also got starstruck when he saw Boris Becker in a restaurant and Andrea Pirlo. The host asked him, “Has Virat ever been starstruck?”

The former Indian skipper recalled an anecdote when he went to a restaurant in London and said, “Yes, I saw Boris Becker standing there randomly, because it was unexpected, right. I was like bubbling inside.” Kohli recalled another incident and said, "And then another incident happened and I went to the washroom, and next to me washing hands was Andrea Pirlo. All I could say to him was ‘Great to see you; have a great evening’; yeh bolke mai bhag gaya. (I ran away immediately after saying this.)”

The star batter known for smashing records and centuries simultaneously channeled his inner Bollywood geek on the show. The 35-year-old was asked to guess and complete a Hindi film dialogue and he did the task seamlessly. During his conversation with comedian and host Sumukhi Suresh, Kohli aced his Bollywood-related task and guessed a dialogue from the famous movie ‘Andaaz Apna Apna’. Completing the film’s dialogue, Virat said, “Ye kaun nahi janta India mein. Very easy (Who doesn’t know this in India). Very easy.”
