Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah recreated the Marcus Rashford celebration after picking his first wicket against Afghanistan in the ICC ODI World Cup 2023. Playing in Delhi, Afghanistan, after winning the toss, elected to bat first. The Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Ibrahim Zadran started off well and were finding runs easily.

But in the seventh over, as Jasprit Bumrah came into bowl he was ready to get the first breakthrough. Despite concerning boundary on the first ball, Bumrah sent out a steaming inswinger and a sharp short-ball to set Zadran up. Then finishing the job on the fourth delivery, Bumrah presented the perfect outswinger which took the outside edge and went straight to KL Rahul. Celebrating this wicket, Jasprit Bumrah brought out Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford's 'Thinking Man' celebration.

Talking about Bumrah in the ICC ODI World Cup 2023 so far, the Indian fast bowler picked up two wickets while giving away 35 runs in the first game against Australia. The Men in Blue won that game by six wickets.
