Red Bull announced Jonathan 'Jonathan Gaming' Amaral, as their official player. With this, Jonathan has become the third Indian gaming personality and the first mobile player to achieve the milestone. The gamer announced his partnership with the renowned energy drink brand during one of his streams with Techno Gamerz.
With his new partnership, Jonathan joined the likes of former Counter-Strike professional Ankit 'V3mon' Panth and streamer Techno Gamerz as the Red Bull athletes from India. Jonathan is one of the top BGMI players in India who has represented the country in several competitions.
Currently a BGMI player for GodLike Esports, the gamer began his esports journey in 2019 as part of team Entity Gaming. The team was crowned as the champions of PUBG Mobile Club Open 2019 Fall Split: South Asia, with Jonathan being one of the top fraggers. Not only this, but they qualified for the PMCO 2019 Fall Split: Global Finals, where they secured a fifth spot on the leaderboard.
Jonathan has been awarded as the MVP of several prestigious tournaments, which include Red Bull M.E.O. Season 4 India, PUBG Mobile World League 2020: East Week 2 and 3, and Skyesports Championship 5.0.
