One of the most coveted esports gaming houses, S8UL Esports is set to represent India at the prestigious Pokémon UNITE World Championship 2024, slated to take place in Honolulu, USA from August 16-18, 2024. The reputed team would be the lone representative from India as they secured the spot after winning the India Qualifier, which was hosted by Skyesports.
They will be up against some of the best teams in the world for the title race and along with it, the whopping prize share of $500,000 is also at stake. The S8UL Esports roster for the Pokémon UNITE Esports is composed of the following players, Manmohan “S8ULAllmight” Singh, Rahul “S8UL Kyurem” Sharad Lavhate, Rudra “S8UL Rex” Narayan Nayak, Adnan “S8UL.Badshah” Badshah, and Deep “S8UL.Snowyy” Patel.
Sharing their excitement to represent the country at the highest level, Manmohan said, “The competition in the India region for Pokémon UNITE Esports has significantly increased over the past few years. However, I am glad that through our teamwork and practice, we were able to secure victory. This is the second time we will be competing in the Pokémon UNITE World Championship, but this time we are much better prepared to take on the teams in Honolulu, Hawaii.”
In the previous edition too, the team managed to represent India in the competition after winning the Qualifier. However, they were eliminated from the group stage itself.
