The League of Legends LCK Summer Split 2024 will be played in the South Korean city of Seoul from June 12. The 20th edition of the League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) will run till September 14, boasting a prize pool of USD 274,383.
It is to be noted that LCK is considered to be one of the strongest League of Legends tournaments in the world. It runs two seasons annually and offers a direct qualification for the annual League of Legends World Championship.

What is the format of the League of Legends LCK Summer Split 2024?
The LCK Summer Split 2024 will see 10 teams of the League of Legends compete for the coveted title. The 2024 edition of the tournament will be staged in two phases - the Group Stage and the Playoffs.
The Group Stage will follow the double round-robin format. Here every team will play 18 matches and all games will be played in the best of three series. The top six teams from here on will qualify for the Playoffs, while the top two teams will receive byes to advance to the semifinals.
Furthermore, the Playoffs of the League of Legends LCK Summer Split 2024 will follow a double elimination format. All playoff matches will be played in a best of five series. From here, the winner will qualify for the League of Legends World Championship 2024.
