Indian fast bowler Mohammed Siraj lit up the Asia Cup 2023 Final by picking up four wickets in the second over of his spell against Sri Lanka. After losing their final Super 4s match against Bangladesh, the Men in Blue started off with a bang.
Jasprit Bumrah picked the first wicket on the third ball of the innings and then three overs later, Siraj took over. The first ball saw Ravindra Jadeja pick up a stunning catch to dismiss Pathum Nissanka. Then after a dot ball, Siraj dismissed Sadeera Samarawickrama LBW before sending back Charith Asalanka on back-to-back deliveries.

After conceding a boundary, Mohammed Siraj came back with another beauty to send Dhananjaya de Silva packing. The Royal Challengers Bangalore star continued his magic form and picked up his fifth wicket in the sixth over.
