National Games 2022 Medal Tally, Points Table And Standings

The much awaited 36^th National Games in Gujarat have finally started with the best athletes from India competing in 36 field of sports. India has produced some great athletes over the history and some of them have even credited the National Games for representing the country in international games.

Although the tourna m ent started unofficially from 20 September 2022, the main events will take place between 29 September to 10 October. The 36th National Games of India will take place in six cities of Gujarat in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot and Bhavnagar.

Mallakhamba  and Yogasana are two new additions in the list of the National Games with the Indian Olympic Association dropping Handball from the list due to factional fighting in the federation.

Talking about the last edition which took place seven years ago in 2015 in Kerala, Services finished first with 91 medals, followed by Kerala and Haryana taking the second and third place respectively.
