On September 28, 2017, Australian batter David Warner scripted history while batting for the national team. He came up with a remarkable knock, scoring a hundred in this 100th One Day International, and with this, he became the first Australian player to get to this milestone. Warner achieved the feat during an ODI against India, and it was recorded as his 14th ODI century as well as his first in the limited overs cricket in India.

Warner made his T20I debut for Australia on January 11, 2009, in a game against South Africa at Melbourne. In the same series, he made his first ODI appearance for Australia at Hobart. Warner’s Test debut came on December 1, 2011 against New Zealand at Brisbane. In his glorious career, Warner played for many teams in domestic and franchise cricket circuit. He was the seventh Australian batter to score a triple century and the fourth to do so at an Australian ground. He surpassed Sir Donald Bradman (334) and Mark Taylor (334*) to hold the second highest Test score by an Australian batsman. He was behind only Matthew Hayden (380) in the all-time list of Australian players.
