Scotland manager Steve Clarke announced a 28-man provisional squad for the upcoming UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany. The Scots dominated through the qualification stage and will look to push for a deep run in the continental tournament. The Scottish squad includes two uncapped players Ben Doak and Ross McCrorie.
Doak has impressed in a handful of games with the Liverpool U-21s while McCrorie had a few decent performances in his 19 appearances for Championship (second tier) side Bristol City this season. Scotland has also included veteran winger James Forrest, who scored six times for Celtic en route to the Premiership title, including five in his last eight.
