The Rohit Sharma-led Team India are taking on Pakistan in the much-anticipated Asia Cup 2023 match. Notably, this is the first time both sides are taking the field in an ODI match after 2019 ODI World Cup. Just after the toss, which Rohit Sharma and his men won, the two sides lined up for their respective national anthems.

Like always, the stadium lit up with cheers as the two teams took the field and spectators stood up to sing in rhythm as the Indian national anthem began. The video of the same was shared by the Indian veteran all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin, calling it a “surreal feeling”.

He called this feeling as one of a kind that too ahead of the India vs Pakistan match. “There is nothing like singing the national anthem before an #INDvsPAK contest. It’s surreal feeling, crowd is still building up at the venue I guess,” Ashwin captioned his post with a video.
