Popular streamer Adin Ross is of the belief that NBA icon LeBron James can surpass football great Cristiano Ronaldo’s YouTube record. Notably, Ronaldo recently came up with his own YouTube channel, ‘UR. Ronaldo’, and shattered all records of subscribers within the first 12 hours of launching the channel. The Portuguese amassed 47 million subscribers in three days, surpassing some of the most popular channels on the video sharing platform.

Adin Ross, however, claimed that Ronaldo’s records can be broken by one person, the Los Angeles Lakers icon LeBron James. The streamer said that if James creates his YouTube channel, he will surpass Ronaldo and land 50 million subscribers in just three days. Ross called it “facts” and “truth”.

During the stream, he said, “I wanna say something when somebody says something. 'Do you think if LeBron had YouTube, he'll get 50 million?' Guys, if LeBron James made a YouTube tonight, he'll be at 50 million in three days. Facts. I'm sorry but it's the truth. It's the truth.” Notably, apart from shattering YouTube records, Ronaldo also became the first person in the world to hit 600 million followers on Instagram.

Not only this, but he is set to become the first person to have more than 1 billion followers across all social media platforms. Notably, the Al-Nassr captain has already amassed a total of 967 million followers on Instagram, X, Facebook and YouTube.
