Lionel Messi shocked the world by snubbing a billion-dollar move to Saudi Arabia and moving to Inter Miami in the MLS. Messi, since his debut, has impressed on the pitch with 10 goals and three assists in eight games. Celebrating the Argentine great, artist Veliz Arquitecto posted images and videos of a jaw-dropping rendering inspired by No. 10’s famed “M” logo.

The spacious mansion located overlooking the ocean in Miami has grabbed eyeballs because of its over-the-top design. The enormous crib includes 10 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, seven swimming pools, a dock for any visitor with a yacht, three helipads, a couple of game rooms, a movie theatre, and, natch, a football field. The designer also included a basketball court if the former Barcelona player wanted to get away from football to try a different sport, along with a 20-car garage.

“This majestic mansion consists of three levels and is located on an exclusive ship-shaped island, providing privacy and a privileged location,” reads the description of the video. Although he has never seen the Argentine footballer in action, Jorge Veliz told the Miami Herald that his admiration for the player inspired him to come up with the idea for this extravagant mega-mansion.

Veldiz even offered himself to design Messi’s actual home in Miami, at a price north of $100 million.  “If he needs an architect,” says Veliz, “I'm here.”

The World Cup winner will be back in action on the pitch when he makes his MLS debut against the New York Red Bulls on Sunday morning at the Red Bull Arena.
