Popular YouTuber Darren "IShowSpeed" updated his fans on his health on social media on July 30, 2023. In a video titled "I might die bye," which he released just a few days earlier, he disclosed that he was experiencing severe headaches brought on by cluster headaches.

IShowSpeed revealed in his post that he was going through one of the worst spells of his ailment. He was unable to open his eyes or carry out routine functions like eating or sleeping due to the excruciating headaches. Speed characterized the discomfort as feeling like someone was continuously banging on his head, which made him angry and frustrated.

Later, IShowSpeed posted a different video in which his right eye appeared inflamed and he said he was being hurried into surgery. He acknowledged his uncertainty about his health and his worry about the future. Despite the unpredictability, he wanted his supporters to stand behind him through it all.

"Right now, I have one of the worst experiences I am having right now. I can't even open up my eyes. I have this thing called a cluster headache. A deadly headache disease. I can't sleep, I can't eat, I can't do anything right now. It hurts so bad, chat. It hurts so bad. I can't do anything. It hurts. Everything I do, like, something pounding my head every time and I'm so angry," said the streamer in a recent video.
