Rishabh Pant has been able to recover better than initially expected after undergoing multiple surgeries on his right knee for ligament tears, apart from getting treated for other injuries. Over the past year, he joined Delhi Capitals during their IPL 2023 campaign in the summer before sitting on the table for the auction for them this winter in preparation for the next season of the tournament in 2024.
The majority of the time Rishabh Pant on his road to recovery has been spent at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru, where he celebrated his 26th birthday with his Indian teammates on October 4 of this year. Moreover, Sourav Ganguly, the Director of Cricket for Delhi Capitals, has recently stated that Rishabh Pant is in good form, and is slated to return to professional cricket in the IPL next year.
