The Manchester City striker Erling Haaland, joined forces with the NBA great LeBron James of Los Angeles Lakers, in a brand new headphone campaign called “The King & The Viking” from Beats by Dre. The 23-year-old sent out a post on X, which was accompanied by an inspirational video, to announce that he has become the official brand ambassador of the Beats by Dre family.

In the short clip, both the sporting superstars were seen wearing the headphones from Beats by Dre, while connecting with their families on the big game day. Erling Haaland receives words of wisdom from his father Alfie, while LeBron James takes in the pep talk from his wife Savannah, to help them exceed their expectations as a professional athlete while silencing the doubters once again.
Savannah James’s message for LeBron James, in the promotional video for Beats by Dre, “Hey babe, I know you're up. It's gameday and they're talking again. Saying you can't do it again.” On the other hand, Alfie Haaland’s message to Erling Haaland, “Son, I still remember the first time you kicked a ball. I know I was demanding but not more than them. They're relentless. Calling you ‘The Terminator,’ ‘The Viking,’ building you up just so that they can break you down.”
Moreover, Erling Haaland spoke about joining Beats by Dre as the official brand ambassador and said, “I’m excited to join the Beats family, a brand that has long been a part of my pre-match routine as an athlete. Family is important to me, and this campaign and partnership really speak to that.”
LeBron James shared his comments on the brand new “The King & The Viking” campaign and said, “It’s a pretty special thing to see how this partnership has grown with our family over the years.
