India batter Shubman Gill is celebrating his 25th birthday today, on September 8. The young cricketer has already established himself as a mainstay player of the Indian cricket team across all formats and is being looked upon as the next superstar in Indian cricket. As Gill turned 25, his Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Gujarat Titans (GT) came up with a special surprise.
Shubman Gill was appointed as the skipper of Gujarat Titans ahead of IPL 2024 when India all-rounder Hardik Pandya was traded to five-time champions, Mumbai Indians. The IPL 2022 winners presented a huge wall art featuring Shubman Gill as a present on his birthday. Gujarat Titans posted a video on their social media where they wrote, "Admin, itna suspense kyun? Isliye. Presenting to you, an art straight from the heart - dedicated to our one and only Captain Gill (with blue heart emoji).”

Shubman Gill got wishes from different people from the cricketing fraternity on his 25th birthday. One of the special wishes came from the former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh. Singh shared a special video on his social media, featuring glimpses of Shubman Gill on the cricketing field. Apart from that, the video also featured a few pictures of the former cricketer with birthday boy.
In a video, Yuvraj Singh also shared an old clip where Shubman Gill can be seen dancing.
