Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya played a fine innings in a high-stake game to rescue the side from a tight situation. He guided the side to 168-6 in the 1st innings with a knock of 63. While Hardik Pandya smashed couple of cracking boundaries in the middle, one of his boundaries was lauded by none other than head coach Rahul Dravid.

It was the second last delivery of the 1st innings, which Chris Jordan bowled a high full toss, but Hardik swung it away for a boundary at square. As the boundary was very crucial for Team India, head coach Rahul Dravid stood up and confirmed that it was four before lauding Hardik's effort by giving him a standing ovation from the dug-out. 

Speaking of the match, Team India suffered early blow in the form of KL Rahul (5 off 5), but Virat Kohli (50 off 40) and Hardik Pandya (63 off 33) stitched a crucial partnership in the middle to put a respective total on board.
