India's T20 World Cup 2024-winning star all-rounder Hardik Pandya has shut down his haters with his spectacular performance in the tournament and the 30-year-old has recently shared a video compilation of his World Cup winning moments with an inspirational message.
Team India ended their 13-year wait of winning an ICC event and defeated South Africa in the final to clinch their second T20 World Cup title and bid farewell to two of the world's highest-scoring batsmen in T20Is, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.
India all-rounder Hardik Pandya was subjected to harsh criticism and booing by fans in Mumbai throughout the IPL 2024. Pandya suffered the fans' wrath after he was appointed as the Mumbai Indians captain, replacing Rohit Sharma. MI under Pandya finished at the bottom of the points table with just 4 wins in 14 matches.
However, the MI skipper has redeemed himself in the recently concluded T20 World Cup 2024. In 8 matches, Hardik Pandya picked up 11 wickets and scored 144 runs in 6 innings with an average of 48. The Indian fans praised Pandya for his comeback and cheered him throughout the tournament and in post-victory celebrations.
