Kolkata Knight Riders are on a roll in the ongoing IPL 2025 clash Sunrisers Hyderabad at Eden Gardens. After posting 200/6 on board, KKR bowlers had a thriving start as they were all over SRH batters. Firstly, fast bowler Vaibhav Arora dismissed dangerous Travis Head on the second ball of the innings after getting smashed for a boundary on the very first ball.
Chasing the winning target, Travis Head was looking to give a flying start to SRH as he hit a four on the very first ball of the innings. On the very next delivery, Vaibhav bowled a good length which the SRH opener swing in the air but couldn’t time it well. After that, Harshit Rana took an spectacular catch while going backwards towards midd off and came up with an aggressive celebration after KKR got first breakthrough while defending 200 runs.

Talking about the match, batting first, KKR posted a total of 200 runs for the loss of six wickets, thanks to Angrilksh Raghuvanshi’s 50(32) runs, followed by the 60-riun knock by vice-captain Venkatesh Iyer in just 29 balls. For SRH, Kamindu Mendis, Harshal Patel, Zeeshan Ansari, Pat Cummins and Mohammed Shami scalped a wicket each
Chasing the winning target, SRH got a disastrous start as they lost three wickets for just nine runs in 2.1 overs. The visitors kept losing wickets at regular intervals and were reduced to 75/6 after 10.4 overs. Currently, Aniket Verma and skipper Pat Cummins are still at the crease as SRH still have a huge target ahead.
