India’s legendary football player Bhaichung Bhutia was captured practicing at the Emirates Stadium in London recently. The former India skipper was seen in a blazer suit and sunglasses, juggling the ball as if an active player. In the viral video on social media, Bhaichung went on to hit a splendid penalty shot after juggling the ball a few times.
The Emirates is the official home stadium of the English Premier League club, Arsenal. Fondly known as ‘The Gunners’, Arsenal are one of the most popular English clubs with 13 league titles to their name including an unbeaten title which they won in 2003-04. Currently being led by Mikel Arteta, Arsenal were favourites to win the 2022-23 season but a comeback during the latter stages from Manchester City snatched their title away.
The official Indian handle of the English Premier League posted the retired footballer’s video on Twitter on Tuesday morning.
