Indian wicketkeeper-batter KL Rahul completed a stunning century against Pakistan in the Super 4s stage of the Asia Cup 2023. After September 10's play was abandoned due to rain, the match was restarted on Reserve Day as the Men in Blue built on their 147-2 in 24.1.

Rahul came into bat after opener Shubhman Gill was dismissed by Shaheen Afridi in the 18th over. As the Karnataka batter marked his comeback, he started quietly and then changed gears to take an aggressive approach. Batting on the Reserve Day, Rahul went all guns blazing as he smashed the famed Pakistan bowling attack all around the R.Premadasa Stadium. Then in the 47th over, KL Rahul completed a stunning 100-ball century.
