Few hours from now the world will witness highly anticipated clash between France and Argentina as both the teams will make a final attempt to win their third FIFA World Cup title. While Argentina will feature legendary Lionel Messi, who will fancy his chance to win his maiden World Cup title in his fifth and final appearance, Kylian Mbappe-starrer France will look to defend their title.

However, the much-awaited clash has not just divided the football fans, but also Indian cricket team. After notching up convincing win against Bangladesh in the 1st Test in Chattogram, India’s stand-in skipper KL Rahul made an interesting revelation regarding the upcoming France vs Argentina FIFA World Cup 2022 final.

“There were few Brazil fans, there were few England fans. So, I don’t really know who an Argentina or France supporters is, so we will just enjoy the game. We are watching the game together, and we will have a good meal,” said India's stand-in skipper KL Rahul.

“We will be divided a little bit, that’s what make watching sport fun. FIFA was big early on, but the boys have relaxed a bit, there are other priorities, so it will be interesting to watch the game today,” KL Rahul said.

Speaking of the game, Team India kicked-off the red ball series on high as visitors registered 188-run victory over the hosts. Cheteshwar Pujara and Shreyas Iyer helped India pile up staggering 404/10 on the board, before Bangladesh were bundled out for 150. Quick centuries from Shubman Gill and Pujara set the right foundation for India as they declared their second innings for 258/2, posting 513 as target for hosts.

However, Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav produced brilliant spells to restrict Bangladesh at 324. With that win, Team India has now 1-0 lead in two-Test match series, while both the teams will regroup in Dhaka for the second match of the series.
