The match number 15 of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) was all sort of entertainer. After a brilliant knock by the RCB top order earlier in the day, the Lucknow Super Giants stole they show, courtesy Nicholas Pooran’s fastest fifty in the ongoing edition.
However, Pooran’s knock put the KL Rahul-led side close to the target, the last over drama was what caught all the attention. After Harshal Patel, who was bowling the final over for the Faf du Plessis -led side, mankad Ravi Bishnoi in a hilarious turn of event , the last ball was nothing less.
As Harshal bowled a outside off, Avesh swung the bat but missed the knock. However, a sprint from Ravi Bishnoi took the visitors home as Avesh threw his helmet in after completing a successful run chase.

Talking about this match extensively, Virat Kohli, Faf du Plessis and Glenn maxwell - all registered their respective half-centuries to post 212 on the board after being invited to bat first. However, Mohammed Siraj completed a four-wicket haul with Wayne Parnell also contributing with three scalps, the hosts failed to get the game as they lost by a wicket.
After this loss, RCB now sit at the seventh spot with two back-to-back losses, meanwhile Lucknow Super Giants go top of the points table with three wins from their four matches so far in the IPL 2023.
