In a live stream, four-time F1 champion Max Verstappen hilariously dodged the question around Red Bull’s 2025 car and livery reveal ahead of their official launch event slated to take place on Tuesday, February 18. When the Dutchman was asked about the colour of the livery for the upcoming season, he funnily said that there might be a “little bit of yellow and maybe a little bit of blue. A bit of carbon”, giving nothing away before the upcoming launch.

Notably, only two teams in F1 have officially revealed their car and its one-off livery, which includes McLaren and Williams over the past couple of days. Haas are slated to have their official launch event for the car and livery later today, while the teams like Ferrari, Aston Martin, and Mercedes have confirmed their respective dates for later this month, but it isn’t the case for Alpine, Kick Sauber, and Racing Bulls.

Yeah! And a little bit of yellow and Maybe a little bit of blue. A bit of Carbon: Max Verstappen

In a viral video from the social media platform X, Max Verstappen spoke about the upcoming launch event for Red Bull’s 2025 car and livery, stating that he is “super excited” for it. But, when he was asked by a fan about the colour of the livery, whether it was red, to which Max Verstappen remarked, “Yeah! And a little bit of yellow and maybe a little bit of blue. A bit of carbon.”

The first-ever collective launch event for the F1 cars and liveries is scheduled to happen at the O2 Arena in London, England, on Tuesday, February 18. The teams traditionally launch their cars and liveries in the first half of  February individually before the pre-testing starts later in the same month, and for the 2025 season, Bahrain International Circuit will host it from February 26 to 28.

Moreover, the opening race of the new F1 season, the Australian Grand Prix, will happen in Melbourne from March 14 to 16.
