MI New York has put together a strong squad, led by Mumbai Indians legend Kieron Pollard, who will also serve as the batting coach. The team also boasts world-class players such as Rashid Khan, Trent Boult, Kagiso Rabada, and Nicholas Pooran. The team will be coached by former South Africa player Robin Peterson, while Lasith Malinga, another Mumbai Indians icon, will be the bowling coach.

“The MI NY jersey has a peacock feather motif print in shades of blue complimented with strong gold graphics representing the Art Deco architecture of NYC & incorporating the letters M & I in the graphics. The peacock, India’s national bird, is a symbol of good fortune and royalty, and New York City is the Art Deco capital of the world,” said Monisha Jaising, the designer of this iconic jersey.

MI New York will begin their campaign against San Francisco Unicorns on July 14 (July 15 in India) and will look to translate their IPL success into the MLC.
