The 2009 T20 World Cup champions Pakistan have released their kits for the 2024 edition of the tourname nt. The Men in Green were the finalists in the previous edition in 2022 but suffered a five-wicket victory against England at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. With the 2024 World Cup in the USA and West Indies, Pakistan is once again one of the contenders to lift the trophy.

Talking about the new Pakistan kit, the 2009 champs will sport a top with erratic deep green and dark green grids with a round collar and button. The name of the country is in a white-coloured bold font in the middle of the fit. The sleeves have the official sponsors Pepsi and HCL whereas the T20 World Cup logo and Pakistan are right beside each other on the top.

Pakistan release 'Matrix' jersey for T20 World Cup 2024

Pakistan cricket described the new ‘Matrix’ jersey as a symbol of unity. The video for the kit release had a caption saying, “Lapait khud per watan ka parcham, baja de danka, macha de shoor,” which roughly translates to wearing the national colour and making noise.
