Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja pulled off an incredible diving catch to dismiss Bangladesh's Mushfiqur Rahim in the ICC ODI World Cup 2023. Playing at the MCA Stadium in Pune, the Men in Blue started off slow with the ball. But the spin twins Jadeja and Kuldeep Yadav picked up quick wickets and got India back into the contest.

With a sudden fall of wickets, the responsibility was once again on the shoulders of Mushfiqur Rahim, who steadied the ship and was playing a crucial knock. Then in the over 43, Rahim tried to up the ante and attempted to attack Jasprit Bumrah. The Bangladesh veteran hit a cut shot on the third delivery which zoomed towards point.

Stationed in this high-risk position, Ravindra Jadeja showed world-class fielding ability as he put in a Superman dive and held on to a blinder. Celebrating this catch, Jadeja pointed at the Indian fielding coach T Dilip and gestured that he should win 'Team India's best fielder award.'
