The former ICC Cricket World Cup winner for Team India, Suresh Raina, unleashed a bullseye throw to run out Fidel Edwards during the US Masters T10 League on August 19, Saturday. The 36-year-old, who retired from international cricket in 2020, was captaining California Knights against the Texas Chargers at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground, Lauderhill, when the special moment occurred.
For the unversed, Suresh Raina won the toss and opted to bat first against Texas Chargers. Although the first wicket fell on the second ball of the match, when Aaron Finch was dismissed and caught behind by Ben Dunk off the bowling of Fidel Edwards, the rest of the innings firmly belonged to the batting team.

It was the exemplary partnership between the South Africa legend Jacques Kallis and the Indian cricketer Milind Kumar, scoring 158 runs unbeaten, which helped California Knights put up a massive first innings score. Kallis finished with 64 off 31 balls with eight fours and three maximums, while Kumar got 76 off 28 balls with seven fours and six maximums.
While defending the 158 run total, the bowlers of California Knights were on their game from start to finish, with Ashley Nurse of the West Indies registering figures of 3-12 in his two-over spell. The exclamation mark on the lacklustre batting performance from the Texas Chargers was put on by Suresh Raina, who threw down at the stumps with great precision to run out Fidel Edwards.
