Kevin Durant, the former two-time NBA champion with the Golden State Warriors, was honoured by the franchise with a tribute video on his return during the NBA opening game night. The 35-year-old, who plies his trade with the Phoenix Suns currently, turned up for his second-ever game at the Chase Center, acknowledging the adulation from the fans.

In 2019, the exit from the Golden State Warriors for Kevin Durant wasn’t on best of terms, but four years later, the old wounds have seemingly been healed. The team governor of the San Francisco based franchise, Joe Lacob talked about how no player will wear the iconic “35” jersey of KD, as long as he is working with them.
