Ever since Rohit Sharma has taken over India's white-ball captaincy, there is nothing or very little he has got wrong. Every move of his is yielding surprising results for the team. From backing Ishan Kishan to open alongside him after a dismal show against West Indies to playing to promoting Shreyas Iyer at No. 3 in the absence of Virat Kohli. Also, his move to promote Ravindra Jadeja at No. 5 worked wonders for India in the second T20I against Sri Lanka.

The all-rounder scored a blistering 45* off 18 balls to help India chase down 184 with 23 balls to spare. Even in the first game, Jadeja was sent to bat ahead of Sanju Samson and Venkatesh Iyer to partner with Shreyas Iyer in the first T20I. The faith shown by the captain in Jadeja has augured well for the team and also for the all-rounder. And Jadeja is not shying away from thanking Rohit Sharma for showing faith in him.
