The 15th edition of India Premier League has reached its business end, and the highly-anticipated Qualifier 1 is all set to take place on Tuesday (May 24). Gujarat Titans will face Rajasthan Royals in the first qualifier of the 15th season at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. While Rajasthan Royals are coming off a comprehensive victory against Chennai Super Kings in their final league stage game, Hardik Pandya-led side lost the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Gujarat Titans have enjoyed the perfect outing in their maiden edition as the franchise has remained amongst the top four throughout the tournament. Wriddhiman Saha and Shubman Gill have provided a solid start to the side on most of the occasions, and skipper Hardik has fulfilled his duties at number four quite successfully. His performance will be crucial in the upcoming fixture. Mathew Wade has been hot & cold in the season, and management will hope for better performance from him in the game.

David Miller has also made some valuable contributions, while Rahul Tewatia and Rashid Khan have emerged match-winners with the bat for the side. Gujarat has one of the best bowling line-ups in the tournament, as Md Shami, Hardik Pandya, Rashid Khan and Sai Kishore have posed formidable challenges to the opponent batters. Hardik will have to make a choice between Lockie Ferguson and Alzarri Joseph as the former was pretty expensive in the previous game.

On the other hand, Rajasthan Royals will expect Jos Buttler to get back his momentum and add valuable runs on board. He is holding the orange cap but didn't perform up to the mark in the tournament's second leg. Yashasvi Jaiswal has emerged as a prolific batter for the side, whereas R Ashwin is a middle-order batter everyone will watch closely.

Spin duo R Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal have done incredibly well for the side, and the Rajasthan camp will expect a better show from both the quality spinners. Trent Boult, Prasidh Krishan and Obed McCoy will have a huge responsibility to do well in the game.
