Memphis Grizzlies sideline reporter KJ Wright has grown in popularity in the ongoing NBA season and emerged as a fan favourite on social media. Despite the Grind City going through a tough season, fans have shown love to Wright as her Instagram has shot up to almost 120 thousand followers.

Alongside her basketball acumen, fans have been enamoured by KJ Wright, whose real name is Kelcey Wright Johnson, thanks to her bold outfits and tempting social media pictures. Recently. she went viral as NBA fans flooded her Instagram with comments as she interviewed Memphis star Ja Morant after dropping 26 points against the San Antonio Spurs in his first game of 2024.
Alongside her career in the media, KJ Wright was previously a top basketball player as she played guard for the Ryerson Rams women’s team in Canada. Playing between 2009 and 2013, Wright Johnson was an incredible player and even led her team in scoring with 13.8 ppg while also draining 40 three-pointers, another team-high.

Alongside the Raptors, Wright Johnson was a sideline reporter for the Sacramento Kings and Philadelphia 76ers, before joining the Grizzlies in 2019. Since then she has worked as the host and digital contributor for Memphsis-based franchise.
