With the UEFA Eu ro 2024 less than a month away, the manager of the host nation - Germany, Julian Nagelsmann has unveiled the first few players of his squad for the continental tournament. The German national team has undergone a turbulent period over the last few years with a group-stage exit from the 2022 FIFA World Cup and a Round of 16 finish in the previous Euros.
Hence in 2024, the pressure is on Nagelsmann and his squad to deliver a trophy or a deep run into the tournament at the least. The first few players in Nagelsmann’s team have now been announced, with the German FA (DFB) using celebrities, influencers and fans. The full squad will be confirmed via Thursday’s official announcement at 1 pm CEST (4:30 pm IST) in Berlin.
