Football great Cristiano Ronaldo left a hilarious comment on Sergio Ramos’ Instagram post. Ronaldo’s former Real Madrid teammate reached the milestone of 60 million followers on Instagram. On achieving the number, Ramos shared the feat with a post on the leading social media platform on August 16, Wednesday. However, the Arab Club Champions Cup 2023 winning captain left a hilarious remark on his post. 

Sharing the achievement on Instagram, the 37-year-old wrote, "We started in 2014 and – although it seems impossible – we are now 60 million strong."  Not only this, but he also announced a contest for his fans, where his 20 fans would receive signed shoes.  However, the football legend, Ronaldo put in a hilarious response and said that Ramos would need one more zero to reach his level.

The 38-year-old wrote, “You need a zero to catch me.” Notably, Ronaldo recently achieved the mark of crossing 600 million followers on Instagram and became the most followed person on the social-networking site. It means the Portugal captain has 10 times more followers than the Spanish footballer. 

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner, who joined the Saudi pro club Al Nassr in December last year led his side to win their first ever Arab Club Champions Cup 2023. It also marked Ronaldo’s first significant victory since he moved to his new club.
