Paris Saint-Germain star forward Kylian Mbappe is set to become the highest-rated player card in FIFA 23, according to a leak on social media. The French international is expected to get a 92 overall ratings in the forthcoming FIFA edition.
The 23-year-old forward has already featured on the game's cover for the last two edition and is expected to become the cover player for FIFA for the third consecutive time. His PSG teammate Lionel Messi was the highest-rated player in FIFA 2022 with 93 overall ratings followed by the Portuguese international, Cristiano Ronaldo (91), and Kylian Mbappe (91).
FIFA news source @FUTZONEFIFA has touted Mbappe to become the best player on the upcoming edition of the game. FUTZone wrote, "The EA Golden Boy. Kylian Mbappé is the highest rated player to come in #FIFA23 coming in with a HUGE 92 Rated!"
After dominating the football world for over a decade, Mbappe has surpassed the likes of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo to feature as the top rated footballer in FIFA 2023. Both Messi and Ronaldo had a below par season as compared to their reputations as the former failed to make a mark in the French league. On the other hand, Cristiano, who had a decent scoring season, was unable to lift United's rank in the premier league standings.
