The time for the business end of the women’s cricket competition is here. The two semifinals between the top two teams in each of the two pools will be played at the Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham and the first of it will see England up against India. Both sides were favourites for a podium finish right from the beginning of the competition and have dominated their way to the final four. However, while India did stumble a little bit in their tournament opening match against Australia, England are unbeaten so far in the competition. Will the Three Lions manage to maintain their unbeaten run and their dream of the first ever gold medal in the Commonwealth Games or will India stop them from going further?
