IND vs AUS 3rd ODI | Will India continue their dominance at home?

The three-match ODI series between India and Australia is underway and is evenly poised after Australia beat India by ten wickets in the second ODI on Sunday. The Steve Smith-led team thrashed the hosts as Mitchell Starc, Mitchell Marsh, Sean Abbott, and Travis Head starred for the visitors. While Starc (5/53) and Abbott (3/23) wreaked havoc with the ball, bundling India for 117, Marsh (66*) and Head (51*) took Australia home with the bat without incurring any damage. Now, as the series stands level at 1-1, the third and final match is expected to be a thrilling contest. Both teams will go full throttle when the third ODI gets underway at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Wednesday. India will look to overcome their batting debacle. Captain Rohit Sharma accepted that the batters did not apply themselves and hence such a low score. The bowlers will look to improve their performance as they failed to take any wickets. Meanwhile, Australia won’t be bothered too much as they put on a near-to-perfect performance in the last game.
