While Pakistan got off to a great start with the ball after setting a target of 148 for India to win their Asia Cup 2022 opener at the Dubai International Stadium by dismissing KL Rahul in the second ball of the first over, their wicketkeeper batter Mohammad Rizwan looked in pain shortly after. Rizwan dived down the leg side to collect the ball and immediately seemed to shout in pain in a video that has surfaced on social media.

From what is being learned it was an issue of cramps as players are playing in extreme heat in the United Arab Emirates and Rizwan was behind the stumps after spending a considerable amount of time on the wicket with the bat in hand.
