The countdown to the T20 World Cup 2022 has begun already. Hardly a few hours are left for the kick-off of the mega event. However, the main action (second round) will start on 22 October when teams will take on their group members in the Super 12s. Team India, placed in Group 2 alongside Pakistan, Bangladesh, and South Africa will open their T20 World Cup campaign on 23 October against arch-rivals Pakistan.

All eyes will be glued to screens to watch the biggest cricketing rivalry get underway. Players will also be excited about the mega clash. India’s batting stalwart Virat Kohli will have the attention of fans and cricket experts when he will take the field on Sunday (23 October). The batter who has been a part of many India-Pakistan matches knows the importance and hence wants to leave no stone unturned in his preparations.

Kohli is sweati ng day in and out to get ready for the mega event. The 33-year-old was spotted practicing in the middle of Perth pitch a few days back. Now, a new video of Kohli practicing has emerged on social media wherein the batter is seen completely focused on his practice. As it is with Kohli, he never wants to get off the pitch. The same happened during the practice session. The batter was so involved that he had to be reminded of the time.

In the video going viral on social media, one of the coaching staff members is heard reminding Kohli that his time was up. “Virat your time’s up,” shouted the Indian coach in the viral video. Kohli then sought a few more minutes saying “Hooda ayega, toh mein chala jaunga (When Hooda comes, I will leave).”
