The 1st inning of the ongoing 2nd T20I between India and the West Indies was all about Indian batters hitting all-around the park. While Ishan Kishan failed to make the mark as an opener, Rishabh Pant and Virat Kohli impressed everyone with their blistering knocks.

Kohli’s 41-ball half-century was nothing less than a treat to watch as the former skipper played some vintage shots. However, Kohli was dismissed soon after completing his half-century. Later, it was wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant (52 off 28) and Venkatesh Iyer (33 off 18) who stole the limelight.

Both the batters played cracking shots all around the park, which amazed cricketing fans as well as their teammates sitting in the dugout. One of Iyer’s double batted shots went towards point straight to the dugout where other players were sitting. Iyer’s shot caused massive disruption in the dugout, and few players were seen rescuing themselves from the shot. Notably, Rohit Sharma and Yuzvendar Chahal, who were sitting next to each other, were seen moving away.
