The Indian Premier League is all set to start from March 22 with the defending champions Chennai Super Kings taking on Royal Challengers Bangalore at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. However, the Punjab Kings will take on Delhi Capitals in their opener at the newly built Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Stadium in Mullanpur, Mohali. Both the sides are eying for a maiden IPL title from the last 16 years with Punjab making only one IPL final appearance in 2014.

Kagiso Rabada
The South African pacer is currently regarded as one of the finest bowlers in the modern era and the 28-year-old pacer rightly justifies the stats in both international as well as the IPL arena.
Rabada, who has also played for Delhi Capitals in the IPL, has played 69 matches across the six seasons. In the said matches, he has picked up 106 wickets at an outstanding strike rate of just 14.77. In the process, he has picked four-wicket hauls six times. His best season for Punjab came in 2022, where he picked up 23 wickets in 13 games.
